I was informed that I would be paid by Keith as soon as his money arrived, two more months passed, I completed the development work to a good standard. Keith took the UAV that I had built and promised payment for the work I had done. Becoming impatient, I gave Keith a deadline to pay me for the work I had done before attempting to recover the funds. Needless to say the deadline elapsed.
At my own expense, I sought to recover the funds through a small claims court, I did this myself and did not use any legal services. On the date of the court hearing, I was present but Keith chose not to attend. A court judgement was issued against Keith Geary and his company 'G2WAY Ltd' ordering Keith to pay me £6712.23 before the 16th of December 2015. Keith would not respond to
my attempts to arrange payment. Once again, the deadline elapsed, Keith is in breach of the court order.
I employed the services of an enforcement agency to recover the funds. The enforcement officer attended Keith's domestic and commercial premises, Keith was not present at either. The enforcement officer found that I was not the only person to whom Keith owes money, there are others that are owed far more.
It was only until after I realised that I had been scammed did I begin seriously doing research into who Keith Geary really is. In hindsight, I really wish I'd done my due dilligence beforehand. It turns out Keith is an international scam artist and owes others far in excess of what he owes me. He has held directorship of many unsucessful companies that all owe large ammounts of money.
I came across an internet site which was setup by Gordon Engle, who amongst others, was scammed in excess of $100,000 by Keith Geary, who at the time was called Keith Burton and his brother, Paul Burton. The accounts given on the site describe various boat related scams in Poland carried out by the two brothers. http://keithburtonpaulgearyscam.blogspot.co.uk/
The extent of Keith's dishonesty has become increasingly apparent to me. He is not an entrepreneur or technologist. I do not use these words lightly, but Keith Geary is a crook and a liar. Unsurprisingly he is very secretive in the way he behaves as he has a lot to hide.
More recently, Keith has been seen posing with expensive drone and camera equimpent on various internet forums. He was due exhibit at the Cereals 2016 exhibition under a new trading name 'AgHawk', but did to attend, most likely because he did not wish to be confronted by his debtors. Keith appears to have sufficient funds to pay the money he owes but instead chooses not to. I hope this will serve as a warning to anyone considering doing business with Keith Geary.
